A. You can. However, you may encounter agents who call themselves buyer agents
when in fact their firms specialize in representing sellers. In New Mexico you
may find agents labeled as "dual agent", "designated agent",
"subagent", or "exclusive non-agent". Brokers who work under
such labels do so because they have conflicting loyalties and may not fully represent
the buyer's interest in a home sale.

A. Our fees and the way we are paid is similar to those charged by traditional
real estate firms. Your Buyer Broker's fee is usually included in the purchase
price and is paid at closing like any other real estate transaction. So, in most
